Joakim Noah finally breaks the silence about his close friend Loul Deng
being traded to another team. After keeping quit for 5 days. after straights wis from new years and the victory of the team from the Charlotte Bobcats 103-97 made him break free.
“The trade definitely hurt, but we have to move on,” Noah said. “I feel confident in this team. We’re working really hard. A lot of people say this is a business and all that. But this game is more than a business to me. I put everything I have into this. And I feel like Lu was the same way. Everyone has a different job. I’m not mad at anybody, I’m not mad at the organization or anything like that. It’s just that my brother isn’t here anymore. I just needed a little bit of time to digest that.”
A sad situation but at the same time a good opportunity. It gives the guys room to grow and better themselves as a whole team vs just focusing on certain players.
We all wish Loul Deng a great rest of the season as well as his brothers from the Chicago Bulls.

People near by heard a scream for help, then a second one and called 911. When respondents got to the river at 420 E. North Water St. in the Streeterville neighborhood they only were able to get to the two men.
The 26 year old man was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital and was later pronounced dead. And the 23 year old man was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in critical condition.
The 21 year old woman that was with the two men has not yet been found. Divers are to continue the search after sunrise.

Although many homes were flooded it was never reported that any homes lost water.Three near by homes reported flooding in their basement but the number of houses affected is believed to be more than that.
The city’s water department says a 36-inch main water feeder broke in the residential are of the 9500 block of south Racine and the water filled homes basements and backyards and alleys in the 3500 block of S. Francisco Ave Thursday night.
Now the freezing cold temperatures that Chicago has been dealing with is part to blame, the city also is at fault. The pipes were old and rusty and in bound to break down sooner than later.
